STABILISATION MEASURES. 100,000,000 DOLLAR LOAN TO BE ISSUED. Brussels, October 25. The stabilisation of the franc arrangements include the issue at 7 per cent, of a 100,000,000 dollar loan, repayable in 1956. The loan is being issued by the Bank of England, the Bank of France, the Federal Reserve Bank, New York, the Reichsbank, Berlin, and also in Japan, Holland, Sweden, Austria and Hungary.—A. & N.Z.
