NEW ZEALAND’S SCHEME. (Rec. 10.25 pjn.) London, October 25. New Zealand’s assisted migration figures for 1926 will be a half-century’s record. The number to date, 9,340, with eight further batches, will aggregate 12,300, of whom nine-tenths are nominees. There is difficulty in obtaining sufficient experienced farm labourers to satisfy requests.—A. and
