LAUNCESTON SUFFERS. x t Hobart, October 15. Launceston is experiencing the worst floods known for twenty years. All lowlying land adjacent to the city is inundated, and stock has been removed to higher ground. Some business premises on the waterfront are flooded, and shipping on the Tamar is experiencing considerable dif--ficultiec. —A. & N.Z.
