A NEW 7 CRIMINAL OFFENCE. DELEGATION FOR AUSTRALIA. Ottawa, June 14. Peaceful picketing is an offence in Canada under the criminal code, according to a decision of vital interest to Canadian Labour given by the Supreme Court to-day. Canada will send a delegation of five members of the House of Commons and three from the Senate to the British Empire Parliamentary Association annual meeting in Australia, according to an announcement made to-day—Reuter.
