JAPANESE SHIPPING AFFECTED. SIXTEEN VESSELS HELD UP. Tokio, June 13. Owing to the refusal of the cooks’ demands for higher wages the employees on all the Nippon Yusen Kaisha liners in Yokohama have struck. Sixteen vessels are affected.—Reuter.
