DR. McEACHERN’S RECOMMENDATIONS. (Per United Press Association.) Christc.mrch, March 18. At least three important recommendations will be made to the Dominion Hospital authorities by Dr. McEachern: (1) That the number of hospital districts be decreased through consolidation of certain existing districts; (2) retention of the honorary system of staffing and eliminating of the present policy in some districts of employing full-time medical officers with dualfunctions; (3) the addition of paying wards at existing public hospitals.
