WHAT TO DO.
For an Enrolment Card: Send separate sheet of paper with full name, age, address and date of birth. For a Badge: Send one shilling (in money, stamps or postal note). For a Magazine: Send one shilling and sixpence. If you want to become a Little Southlander: Write to Cousin Betty and tell her so. giving her your name, age, date of birth, and address. That is all.
