SWA MP DEVELOPMENT
MINISTERS VISIT HAMILTON. COMMISSION ASKED FOR. (Per United Press Association.) Hamilton, Mar. 18. The Ministers of Lands, Agricultural, Health and Internal Affairs, were in Hamilton to-day when they participated in the tour arranged by the Swamp Development League of the waste lands bordering on Hamilton. The Government has reported on the scheme and a commission was asked for to-day to advise upon its practicability. The request is to have the. consideration of the Government. The Hon. J. A. Young was entertained by the residents of his electorate at a complimentary banquet to mark his elevation to Cabinet rank. The Minister of Internal Affairs, the Minister of Health, and the Minister of Lands left for Wellington by the Limited later in the evening.
