BLUFF-INVERCARGILL.
To the Editor. Sir, —I am surprised at the apathy of the people in this “free” country of New Zealand who sit calmly with hands folded while our kindly Government removes altogether any train it pleases from the time-table and all one hears is, “I am afraid we can’t get it back.” Very well, then, will these friends please unfold one hand for a moment and say if they are in favour of a motor service, says twice a week, leaving Bluff at 9.30 a.m.? Hands up for a “MOTOR BUS.”
