PRAYER BOOK REVISION
OBJECTIONS RAISED. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Ci.ble Association.) SYDNEY, June 11. The Anglican Synod is discussing the revision of the Prayer Book. The opponents of any sweeping revision expressed fear of the possibility of the introduction of Romish practices into the Church of England. Objections were also raised to pushing the revision, in the interests of the Australian Church, as this might clash with accepted English ideals.
