THE VICTORIAN TOUR
REPRESENTATION OF NEW ZEALAND COUNCIL. Mr P. Dalrymple, an old Southland cricketer, has been appointed as the New Zealand Cricket Council representative to accompany the Victorian XI to Invercargill, and will arrive with the team next Monday evening. Mr Barrett, Chairman of the New Zealand Council, asked Mr Dalrymple to officially escort the Victorians throughout the South Island.
The Southland Cricket Association and all sports will be proud of the honour conferred on Mr Dalrymple.
