PURSUANT to Section 12 of the Local Bodies Loans Act 1913 I HEREBY GIVE PUBLIC NOTICE that at the poll of Ratepayers in the above County taken on Saturday the 13th day of December 1924 on the proposal to raise a Special Loan of £50,000 of which £38,000 is for the purpose of the construction and reconstruction of main highways in the County and £12,000 is for the purpose of acquiring plant, machinery and other things, all as set out in the public notice of the said proposal, the following votes were recorded:— For the Proposal .... 1954 Against the Proposal . . . 693 Total 2647 The total number of valid votes recorded in favour of the proposal being more than three-fifths of the total number of such votes recorded at the poll I HEREBY DECLARE the said proposal to be carried.
