FIERCE STRUGGLE CONTINUES. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) CONSTANTINOPLE, September 10. (Received September 10, 11.0 p.m.) A fierce struggle continues in Georgia between the Soviet forces and the insurgents who hold the principal trans-Caucasian railway. Martial law has been proclaimed throughout Caucasia. Soviet reinforcements are being hurried to the disaffected area. Many executions under the Soviet regime are reported at Batoum and Tiflis.
