NO SECOND EXPRESS AT PRESENT. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, September 9. Replying in the House of Representatives this afternoon to Mr W. S. Glenn, Hon. J. G. Coates said that the time was not ripe for running a second express between Wellington and Auckland, but it would be put on as soon as traffic warranted it.
