IRISH BOUNDARIES
REPLY TO LORD BIRKENHEAD. COMMISSION MUST ACT. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) LONDON, September 8. (Received September 9, 7.5 p.m.) The Free State North-Eastern Boundary Bureau, replying to Lord Birkenhead’s letter, says that neither he nor any other private individual has authority to determine the interpretation of Article 12 of the Irish Treaty. This Article must be interpreted by the Commission designed by Statute.
