SPEAKER OF COUNCIL
SIR WALTER CARNCROSS REELECTED. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, July 11. When the Legislative Council met today, Sir Walter Carncross was unanimously re-elected Speaker. Several Councillors spoke in congratulatory terms and Sir Walter expressed thanks for the honour conferred upon him.
