ATTEMPTED MURDER
RUMANIAN STUDENT. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) LONDON, July 10. As a sequel to the attempt to shoot the Rumanian Consul, M. March Beza, a young Rumanian student, named Leon Focsanan, was charged at Westminster Police Court with the crime. The police inspector who arrested the prisoner, said the latter declared that he had fired the shots with the object of killing himself. Accused was remanded on an application from the representative of the Legation.
