QUESTION OF PRECEDENCE. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) LONDON, July 7. (Received July 8, 11 p.m.). Mr J. H. Thomas, answering the Hon. E. C. Harmsworth, denied that the High Commissioners had difficulty of access to Imperial Ministers, and said he hoped shortly to make an announcement regarding the precedence of the former officials.
