ONE HUNDRED MILLIONS. (Sun Special.) WASHINGTON, June 23. The United States Government is embarassed with riches. Britain has insisted upon paying her debts, and the Government is making money out of its railway securities. When the fiscal year ends on July 1, the Government will have a surplus of £100,000,000.
