TOO MUCH CAPITAL GOING ABROAD. FINANCIAL PAPER’S WARNING. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and NJZ. Cable Association.) LONDON, June 26. (Received June 26, 1025 p.m.) The Financial News editorially says: “The high proportion of Dominion and foreign borrowings to the total capital issues this year raises the question whether or not it is possible to overlend, and secondly, the economic consequences of large overseas loans. It has been freely asserted that overlending abroad has occurred, and for the time being we have outrun the available surplus. Overseas loans may easily have similar influences on exchanges and prices as inflation.”
