FAKED CREAM TESTS
THE CHELTHAM CHARGES. (Per United Press Association). PALMERSTON NORTH, May 7. At the Supreme Court to-day, in the case of Alfred Wright and Henry Simpson, charged with conspiracy to defraud the Chelthani Dairy Company by faked cream tests, the jury found both not guilty and both were discharged. Simpson, with three other farmers, who admitted guilt, will be sentenced in respect to these cases to-morrow.
