LOCK-OUT NOTICES WITHDRAWN. LONDON, April 17. (Received April 19, 1.30 a.m.) The workers’ lock-out notices have been withdrawn owing to the resumption of the Southampton workers. FLYING ROUND THE WORLD. z CAIRO, April 17. Flight Commander MacLaren left Athens in the forenoon and arrived here to-night on his attempt to fly round the world. MURDERER DECLARED INSANE. Sydney; April 14. Batson, who was sentenced to death for the murders at Gingellic in March, has been officially declared insane. Criminal proceedings against him have consequently been withdrawn and he is confined in a mental institution.
