The warm rains which have been general throughout the province this week have helped all crops, and there should now be no doubt of any shortage of feed during the winter months. The pastures have freshened considerably and should carry stock well into the winter before being exhausted. This will enable farmers to save their turnips, and there should be plenty of feed to carry stock over until the grass begins to make headway in the spring.
