GROUP SETTLEMENT
ATTITUDE OF LABOUR. e (Sun Cables.) LONDON, February 13. The Overseas Settlement Committee, including the Labour representatives, has decided to encourage group settlement experiments. It is thought that the forthcoming Imperial Labour Conference will greatly assist migration.
