At a meeting of the held g® Sunday, the following motion was carried unanimously: "That the executive be urged to press for an immediate increase in wages owing to the increased cost of living and members of the Society pledge themselves to supfxirt die executive in whatever steps it takes to secure same. It was also resolved to urge that a Wages Board be appointed immediately to assist in securing an increase in wages.
