AMAZING ROBBERS
IN THE HEART OF PARIS. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) PARIS, January 27. Armed bandits carried out a daring daylight robbery at Osterday’s famous jeweller’s shop in- the heart of the fashionable shopping quarter. Three well-dressed men entered, felled the doorkeeper with blows from an iron bar and then shot the manager in the abdomen and head, mortally wounding him, and decamped with valuable booty.
