OBITUARY
MR PETER PETERSON. A well-known resident of Invercargill, Mr Peter Peterson, died suddenly yesterday afternoon. He was .cycling along Forth street against a heavy wind, when he collapsed and died while being conveyed to the Hospital. Deceased had been attended by Dr. McGibbon for some time past, so that an inquest will not be necessary. The late Mr Peterson was 49 years of age, and was born on the Otago Peninsula. He came to Invercargill at an early age and was educated at the South School. For the last fifteen years he had had a partnership in the firm of McChesney and Peterson, painters and decorators. He leaves a wife and several children.
