CONCERNING SMITH WHO SMOKED. Smith was very fond of a pipe, and an occasional cigarette. Neither did he mind a cigar now and then. One evening, Smith went to a Lodge Meeting and indulged liberally in the three varieties of the fragrant weed. Next morning his throat was raw and sore, and his first pipe started him coughing violently. “Ha, ha, you’ve got a touch of ‘smoker’s throat,’ ” said a friend. Here’s something that will fix you, and his pal phased him a Pulmona. For “smoker’s throat,” catarrh, asthma, and similar complaints, Pulmonas, the potent little pastilles, are a most efficacious remedy. 1/6 a tin, double size 2/6, from chemists and stores. — (Advt).
