SPEND SHILLINGS AND SAVE POUNDS.
The early shoppers at the Progressive Stores this morning will be the lucky ones, as the assigned stock of Messrs McMaster, Mataura, will be on sale. While the stock is not a large one, it is a varied one, and all departments will benefit. Messrs H. and J. Smith only paid 10/- in the £ for this stock and the instructions to the assistants are to sell at cost price. This means that McMaster’s stock will be sold for just half of Smith’s ordinary selling price. It certainly seems a grand opportunity for the early shoppers to secure their requirements for the Winter.— (Advt.).
