EPIDEMIC PRECAUTION
More than ever is the public urged to take precautions during the hot weather to guard against epidemics. It rests with every individual householder to keep the town clean. Disinfectants should be freely used and thus smells banished and germs killed. “Bettol” Disinfectant Fluid is the best disinfectant to use. It is being widely employed by leading hospitals, the South Island Railways and municipal bodies. It can be secured from any grocer at 9d a bottle. D.B.L. Carbonic Powder is also a splendid disinfectant. It costs 1/- a large tin. Perhaps the most economical disinfectant on the market however is the Cubette Disinfectant block price 1/-.
