AN INVERCARGILL SUCCESS. (Per United Press Association.) DUNEDIN, February 19. The contest under the auspices of the South Island Bands’ Association commenced here to-day. The following are the results decided so far:—B flat cornet champion solo:—T. Goodall (Wellington Tramways Band) 97 points, 1; W. Leeman (Redfern Band, Sydney) 96, 2; W. H.
