At a recent meeting the Auckland Advertising Club passed the following resolution : “Whereas the Auckland Advertising Club accepting the code of ethics of the international organisations of Truth m Advertising,’ and regarding iteelf as the mouthpiece and defender of the interests of the advertising community, L keenly desirous that public confidence should i>e maintained in the integrity of advertising, it therefore appeals to all advertisers to ob serve a strict adherence to the facts in order that public faith in the genuinenr-s and truthfulness of advertising shall not u* weakened.”
