LEAGUE OF NATIONS
REDUCTION OF ARMAMENTS. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) GENEVA, October 5. The League Council has referred to a temporary mixed and permanent commission the resolution on armaments passed by the Assembly. The Council is also' consulting the respective Governments with reference to the general reduction nf armaments and a treaty providing for a mutual guarantee.
