SOCIAL REVOLUTIONARIES CONDEMNED. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and New' Zealand Cable Assn). BERLIN, August 9. Riga advices state that the Moscow High Court sentenced to death thirteen principal social revolutionaries but temporarily delayed the executions, which will be expedited, however, unless the Social Revolutionary party discontinues its campaign of violence and espionage against the Soviet. REPORTED RECOVERY OF LENIN. STOCKHOLM. August 8. Advices from Moscow state that M. Kameneff, speaking at- the All Russia Communist Conference, declared that Lenin had completely recovered.
