Santos Dumont, one of the first airmen, who is now cattle-ranching in Braid. is visiting Paris and participating in the Aero Club's Grand Prix on May 15. Although declaring that his flying days are over, he is still keenly interested in air matters, and thinks his tiny Demoiselle was the right idea. Had constructors endeavoured to perfect a small, very light machine, flying would now be a most popu lar sport. NEW YORK, May 13.
