PORT OF BLUFF. S.s. Waikouaiti was expected to leave Sydney yesterday for Bluff direct, bringing general cargo. G-s.s Tutanekai will leave for Wellington via Puysegur Point and West Coast lighthouses at 6.30 a.m. to-day. The Union Company advise that the s.s.
