APPARENTLY COMMITTED SUICIDE (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) MELBOURNE, March 28. (Received March 29, 5.5 p.m.) The post mortem on Maple showed that he was shot by a small bullet similar to that used in his own rifle. As far as is known none of the attackers used such a rifle. It is believed he suicided to avoid arrest.
