(Received August 4. 5.5 p.m.» The Reparations Commission on May 1 held a balance of 124.000,000 gold marks which was earmarked for payment according to priority of the expenses of the occupation armies. More arrears ar. due to Britain than to others, and the Commission decided to hand over the sum to her, still leaning her a heavy creditor.
