CONFERENCE AT WASHINGTON. PRESIDENT HARDING AND BANKERS. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) WASHINGTON, June 11. Leading financiers had a second conference with the President at White House, and considered steps to assist the live stock industry. President Harding urged help through private channels, and bankers will make a survey and probably form several corporations. The bankers are also understood to have given an assurance that there would be no more financial dealings with other countries without Government sanction. The conference is the forerunner of a great country-wide financial meeting to be held shortly.
