HOW TO KEEP YOUTH
SAIIAII BERNHARDT'S ADVICE. PARIS, July 3!. In a statement setting forth the way to live in order to “hold on to youth,” Madame Sarah Bernhardt, the famous actress, said: — Eat what you like, but with moderation. Eat just enough to feel nourished—no more. Drink much wafer. Don't wear corsets. Rest as much as possible and as frequently as possible during the day. Don’t worry. Forget unavoidable unpleasantnesses. Lead an active life. Ix>ve your work, throw all your heart and spirit, into it, and rest by shifting from one kind of work to another. Don’t loaf.
