REVOLT IN MEXICO
THE CAPITAL SURROUNDED. (Reuter’s Telegrams. ) NEW YORK, April 29. (Received April 30, 7.30 p.m.t Advices from San Antonio state that the Carranza Government is tottering to its fall. Mexico City is in a state of panic. Colonel Enrique Berc.eda, a brother of Alfredo Berceda, Governor of the federal district of Mexico, arrived from Mexico City and renounced Carranza and pledged himself to support- Obregon. He declares that the revolution is in progress in twenty Skates Mexico City' is encircled by revolutionaries and completely cut- off from the. ouksidc world. He anticipates that the entire country will shortly revolt, and Carranza will he compelled to resign. REVOLT OF CHIHUAHUA GARRISON. WASHINGTON, April 29. The State Department learns that the Mexican Federal garrison at Chihuahua revolted and Joined the Sonora movement, wlfich is understood to be receiving support from Villa.
