MONTHLY MEETING OF DIRECTORS. The monthly meeting of the directors of the Southland A. and P. Assocvaioon was held yesterday, the Hon. A. F. Hnwfs presiding. Advice was received from Sir James Wilson that the proposed conference to deal with shipping and produce after the commandeer had been further postponed. Mr H. Knowler wrot offering special prizes for swede classes at the next Winter Show.—Accepted with thanks. The Town Committee reported that owwing to lack of suport, the Winter Show had been abandoned for this year.
