COMMERCIAL AEROPLANES. BRITISH GOVERNMENT OFFERS PRIZES. (Reuter's Telegrams.) LONDON, August 14. General Seely stated that the Government intended to offer prizes aggregating £64,000 for the best commercial types of seaplane and aeroplane.
