The Tarawera arrived from Dunedin at 9 a.m. yesterday. She lands 393 tons of general cargo and loads 300. She is due to sail this evening for Oamaru. The Tarawera.arrived early on Thursday morning from Auckland anil limaru witn 800 tons of general cargo to discharge. She is to load produce at Bluff, Oamaru, and Lyttelton for Auckland. r The ivakapo is loading coal at Westport for carnage to Bluff and Dunedin. The Kim is expected to leave Greymouth to-day, coal-laden for Bluff and Dunedin. THE MOANA. The Union Company has received cable advice that tne Mouna arrived at San Francisco on April 20. The liner is to sail for Wellington May 5. THE CORINTHIC. The Shaw, Savill and Albion liner Corinthic, which is loading at Lyttelton, Wellington, and Auckland for the United Kingdom, has had her sailing date from Auckland brought forward to May 12. INTERCOLONIAL. According to a wireless message from the Kaitangata, the vessel would reach Auckland yesterday. The Kaitangata is coalladen from Newcastle. The Kurow was due at Wellington yester'day from Sydney. After discharging her Australian cargo she will load for Vaacouver. The Kaiapoi was to leave Melbourne on Thursday for BluS, Dunedin, Lyttelton, and Wellington. The Waipori cleared Newcastle on Wednesday, coal laden, for Auckland. OVERSEAS VESSELS. The Hororata was to sail from Wellington yesterday for London, via Panama. The Westmoreland is expected at BluS about the middle of the month from Australia to load for Liverpool. The liner will complete her loading at Wellington. The island steamer Flora was due at Auckland yesterday with a large consignment of fruit from the Eastern Pacific. She will leave Auckland early next week for the Cook and Society Islands. The Kaikoura is expected to leave Napier to-day to complete her loading for London at Tokomgru Bay and Wellington. The steamer Devon is due at Wellington about May 15 from Port Said. The Devon will load at Lyttelton and Wellington for Liverpool, sailing via Panama. The Willochra, which is refitting at Port Chalmers, is to be ready for sea next week. The steamer is to load at Wellington for London, under the auspices of the ShawBavill and Albion Line, and is to sail via Australia and Capetown. SHIPPING TELEGRAPH BOARD. The Government meteorologist’s weather forecast issued to-day is as follows:—A disturbance in the south has accounted for the freshening north-west winds, especially in and southward of Cook Strait. Gloomy conditions have ruled and scattered rain has fallen in Westland and Otago. Present indications are for strong and squally northwest to south-west winds and cloudy, unsettlecl weather, with rain in many parts of the country. The barometer is unsteady.
