LABOUR IN CANADA
THE PREMIER’S PROPOSALS. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) OTTAWA, September 3. Received September 4, 9.35 p.m. Sir R. L. Borden, speaking at a Labour Day demonstration at Toronto, said that Canada had sent 227,000 workingmen overseas. The formation of a board, on which both labour and employers would bo represented, would, he believed, constitute the solution of the labour problem of the dominion.
