SAMOAN ADMINISTRATION
FURLOUGH FOR COLONEL LOGAN. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, September 3. After having been four years in the position of administrator of Samoa under military occupation, Colonel Logan, C.8., has secured furlough. He was relieved temporarily at the cud of the year by Colonel G. W. S. Paterson, of Auckland.
