PRISONERS IN SWITZERLAND. NEW ZEALANDERS DOING WELL. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) LONDON, September 2. Received September if, 7.20 p.m. Reuter's correspondent at Interlaken says that the Australians and New Zealanders interned there have mostly made excellent progress, several learning trades, and others studying and improving their education. They have plenty of amusement, but desire more newspapers. Amongst those now well are Corporal Best and Private Crawford (Aucklanders). SPAIN AND GERMANY. ENEMY STEAMER SEIZED. MADRID, September 2. Received Septemebr 3, 10.25 p.m. The Government has .seized a German steamer as compensation for a steamer that was sunk.
