MADRID, January la. Received January 16, S. 1.5 p.m. The Dutch steamer Hasderoyal was torpedoed near Port Cabras in the Canaries. Twenty-nine of the crew wore saved. Twenty sailors missing from the Joaquim Mumbru have arrived at Las Palmas. The
Joaquim Mumbru was torpedoed at the end of December, seventy miles off Madeira, because it was carrying hides to the United States. A boat containing 18 survivors reached Las Palmas some days ago and they reported that another boat containing the captain and twenty sailors was missing. This boat has now turned up.
