MUNITIONS AND SUPPLIES
THE NEW BOAHD. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, August 9. The Hon. A. M. Myers, .Minister in Charge of Munitions and Supplies, told a reporter that the personal of the Munitions and Supplies Board is identical with that of the Supplies Board of Advice, which has gratuitously assisted the Minister since August, 1915. “The reason for the change in the title of the Board,” said Mr Myers, "is due to the fact that the activities of my Department, since its inception two years ago, have multiplied in variety to such an extent that it was considered desirable for the original order of reference for the Supplies Board of Advice to be amended so as to cover the full range of business which is now conducted by the Munitions and Supplies Department.”
