GRANGER. —At Vancouver, British Columbia, on January 9, 1917, William Holmes Granger, formerly of Invercargill, brother of James Granger, Otipua road, Tlmaru. SMITH.—At Seacliff, on Saturday, March 3, 1917, Ellen, beloved wife of David Smith, Round Hill; aged 57 years. The funeral will leave the Orepuki Railway Station on arrival of the midday train on WednesdaV, 7th inst., for the Orepuki Cemetery.
